5:30-6:30pm Trainer Ride at Clark Field (Trainers are provided, bikes are not)

Wednesday: Coached by Shawn

4-5pm Swim at Greg Natatorium
6-7pm Run at Clark Field

Thursday: 

REST DAY

Friday:

7am Swim at Greg Natatorium
4pm Brick from Speedway and E 24th Street

Saturday: 

8am Long Ride from Greg Plaza

Sunday: 

8am Long Run from Greg Plaza

What to Bring

Swims: Goggles, Swim Cap, Swim Suit
Bike: Bike, Helmet, and Bike Shoes (*bike and helmet mandatory)
Trainer Ride: Bike, Bike Shoes, and Sweat Rag (*bike mandatory)
Run: Running Shoes
Brick: Same as Bike + Running Shoes

Water and Nutrition (CLIF Bars, snacks, etc.) are recommended for all workouts!
