5:30-6:30pm Trainer Ride  at Clark Filed (Trainers provided)

Wednesday: 

4-5pm Swim at Greg Natatorium
6-7pm Run at Clark Field

Thursday:

Friday: 

10:30-11:30 Swim at Greg Outdoor Pool
5pm Brick from Speedway and E 24th Street

Saturday: 

8am Ride from Greg Plaza

Sunday: 

8am Run from Greg Plaza

 

Notes: You must have a bike and helmet for Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday bike workouts. For Friday brick, also bring running shoes with you.
