4-5pm – Swim at GRE Natatorium

Tuesday

5-6pm – Trainer Ride at Clark Field

Wednesday

4-5pm – Swim at GRE Natatorium
6-7pm – Run at Clark Field

Thursday

8-9amĀ – Strength at GRE 2.106 (Aerobics North)

Friday

4-6pm – Brick from Canoes (Speedway/24th)

Saturday

8am – Long Run from GRE Plaza

Sunday

8am – Long Ride from GRE Plaza

 

Notes: You must have a bike and helmet for Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday bike workouts. For Friday brick, also bring running shoes with you.
