4-6pm – Ride from Canoes (Speedway/24th)

Wednesday

4-5pm – Swim at GRE Natatorium
6-7pm – Run at Clark Field

Thursday

6pmĀ – Strength at RSC 2.114

Friday

4-6pm – Brick from Canoes (Speedway/24th)

Saturday

8am – Long Run from GRE Plaza

Sunday

8am – Long Ride from GRE Plaza

 

Notes: You must have a bike and helmet for Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday outdoor bike workouts. For Friday brick, bring running shoes with you.
