4-5pm Swim at Greg Natatorium

Tuesday:

5:30-6:30pm Trainer Ride  at Clark Field (Trainers provided)

Wednesday: 

4-5pm Swim at Greg Natatorium
6-7pm Run at Clark Field

Thursday: 

REST DAY

Friday:

7am Swim at Greg Natatorium
4pm Brick from Speedway and E 24th Street

Saturday: 

8am Ride from Greg Plaza (Advanced and Intermediate/beginner routes)

Sunday: 

8am Run from Greg Plaza

 

What to Bring

Swims: Goggles, Swim Cap, Swim Suit
Bike: Bike, Helmet, Bike Shoes and Pedal Clips (recommended but not at all necessary)
Trainer Ride: Bike, Sweat Rag
Run: Running Shoes
Brick: Same as bike, Running Shoes

Water and Nutrition (cliff bars, snacks, etc.) is recommended for all work outs!
