Monday

4-5pm – Swim at GRE Natatorium

Tuesday

4-5pm – Ride from Canoes (Speedway/24th)

Wednesday

4-5pm – Swim at GRE Natatorium
6-7pm – Run at Clark Field

Thursday

8-9amĀ – Strength at GRE 2.106 (Aerobics North)

Friday

4-6pm – Brick from Canoes (Speedway/24th)

Saturday

8am – Long Run from GRE Plaza

Sunday

8am – Long Ride from GRE Plaza

 

Notes: You must have a bike and helmet for Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday outdoor bike workouts. For Friday brick, bring running shoes with you. Tuesday rides will transition to trainer rides at Clark once we acquire more trainers.
